Digital products. Our guides are PDF files. Access to your download lasts 12 months from purchase; download and keep the file. They are for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.

Refunds. If a guide isn't useful to you, request a refund through the support link on your download page within 14 days of purchase.

No advice. Nothing we publish is veterinary, medical, legal or behavioral-health advice. Dogs can bite. You remain responsible for your dog and for the safety of people and animals around you.

No guarantees. We make no promise about how any dog will behave or change.
